- Arrive punctually and prepared for all training sessions and staff meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while coaching clients with purpose and enthusiasm.
- Motivate clients to improve their overall fitness and health.
- Assist clients in achieving goals through cardio, flexibility, and resistance training.
- Apply strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and basic nutrition.
- Conduct fitness assessments according to Gold’s Gym protocol.
- Educate clients on current fitness trends and health topics.
- Create and implement individualized fitness programs based on client goals.
- Demonstrate exercises and provide corrections for proper technique.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and progress notes.
- Commit to personal integrity and maintain a high level of personal fitness.
- Follow and enforce all GGH policies and protocols.
- Attend mandatory and optional staff training sessions.
- Promote and sell personal training packages and services.
- Stay up to date on certifications and fitness industry developments.
- Current CPR/AED certification (grace period available).
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (grace period available). Accepted certifications include:
- Basic knowledge of First Aid.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach and correct exercise technique safely and effectively.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
